Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled due to the customization process.

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photos of the issue.

Returns Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Customized Orders

• As each piece is uniquely crafted, we do not offer refunds for customized or made-to-order items unless there is a quality issue.
